Legs4Africa (L4A) is a nonprofit based in the UK that acquires donated prosthetic legs and ships them to their partner mobility centers across sub-Saharan Africa. They ensure each center has the expertise and the resources needed to utilize the parts we send. Each leg has been inspected, serviced and repaired (if needed) prior to shipping to Africa.

Boxes of prosthetic leg parts and other materials like stump socks are delivered by door-to-door courier services. This allows us to get legs out to even the most remote areas in the most marginalized communities.
